By accessing or using ChefBid PRO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

ChefBid PRO is an AI-powered catering cost and vendor management tool designed for food industry professionals. The service includes menu cost analysis, vendor price comparison, labor costing, profit margin calculation, and event management features.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own Anthropic API key. ChefBid PRO does not provide API keys. API usage costs are your responsibility and are governed by Anthropic's pricing and terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ChefBid PRO only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or transmit harmful or malicious content.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ChefBid PRO uses artificial intelligence to generate cost estimates, vendor price comparisons, and business recommendations. All AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. ChefBid PRO does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated pricing data, portion estimates, or financial projections. You should verify all critical business decisions with current market data and professional advice.

Intellectual Property

ChefBid PRO and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChefBid PRO and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your event data, menus, and business information remain your property.

Limitation of Liability

ChefBid PRO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any financial losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated cost estimates or vendor pricing data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
